Refund policy

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted for return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please avoid applying deodorant, body spray, cologne, or perfume to the item you are wanting to return. This may affect the eligibility of a return. 

Eligible returns that are accepted will exclude the cost of shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.


Exchanges

We understand that there may be times where exchanges are needed. We offer the first exchange free of charge to help ensure your satisfaction. Please see below for our exchange guidelines.

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in it’s original packaging. Damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.

Please avoid applying deodorant, body spray, cologne, or perfume to the item you are wanting to exchange. This may affect the eligibility of an exchange. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email info@thatsmykingco.com with the item(s) you have and  the item(s) you are wanting. Please put in the subject line of the email “Exchange Order#”. If eligible for an exchange based on the exchange guidelines, then we email a return shipping label for you to send the item(s) back. Once the item(s) are received and the exchange is approved, we will send the new item(s) out and provide a tracking number through email.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
